BlogTourNYC is Almost Here!

It’s BlogTour time, baby! This time we are not headed overseas to London but the fantastic London blogging crew is headed stateside for a five-day excursion in NYC!! Again, the fantastic Modenus crew, Veronika & Tim, are bringing 15 wunderbloggers along for the trip that is set to coincide with the Architectural Digest Home Show

And here they are:

Another incredibly photogenic crew! This image was created by #2 herself, Hannah Coleman of DreamwallStyle.
Click on the image to see her roundup of her fellow BlogTour NYC participants.
Once there, you can also read the amazing story of how she came to be part of the crew.
UPDATED: Our image credit should have gone to the lovely Carole King of Dear Designer (#14). Do check out the original post which gives the lowdown on all things BlogTour NYC.

We also pinged a couple of our friends from BlogTour2011 in London to see what they were looking forward to seeing/doing while in NYC:

I went to New York I had a dream and my dream came true”... Madonna quoted this many years before she hit the big time. When I found out I was going to be part of 'BlogTour' NYC Madonna's quote sprung to mind as that is exactly what BlogTourNYC is all about: a dream come true. Modenus is making bloggers’ dreams come true and giving bloggers a chance to explore our appetites for all things design in different countries.
Coming to New York with BlogTour will be the pinnacle of my time being a blog writer. The AD Home Show is going to be a design-fest heaven. I just want to dive right in and be inspired while learning and sharing my finds with the world. I’m also excited about getting a chance to meet the BlogTour sponsors in person. I cannot wait to experience a yellow NYC cab, drive down Broadway, run through Central Park, look, learn, and feast. BlogTour is going to be a once in a life time trip and I'm so honoured to have been chosen to participate in such an event.

It’s great to be part of BlogTourNYC. I can’t wait to check out latest designs at the Architectural Digest Home Design Show and the Williamsburg Design Studios – I’m sure there will be some fab picture opportunities for the Modenus Design Find Photo Contest too! I’m really looking forward to meeting all the sponsors – the DIFFA Dining by Design Cocktail party sounds very intriguing...anyone for a Cosmo?!

As for the agenda, it all starts on March 20 when the 15 BlogTourNYC bloggers hit the streets of NYC and shake off their jetlag with a reunioin and BlogTour welcome dinner (featuring BlogTour alumni; that’s us!). The days following will be filled with trendspotting at the Architectural Digest Home Show, the DIFFA Dining by Design event and cocktail party, visiting with many of the sponsors (see below) and their showrooms as well as a jaunt into Brooklyn and Chelsea.
