Catching up on Picture... Everything

I'm a bit behind in posting updates on my photography workshops, aren't I? Let's see, when I left off, I was doing the weekly prompts through Picture Inspiration. I'm still working on that one (it goes for a full year) and, starting this month, I am also doing a daily prompt for a class called Picture Color. They're both from the family of workshops by Tracey Clark over at Big Picture Classes, the same one that includes Picture Winter which I did back in January. (Trust me when I say that I am not the only one who is addicted to her classes. There is a group of us that are hitting each class in turn and lovingly call the suite of classes, Picture Everything!) Anyway, here are some of my favorite shots from the past few weeks.

Day 1: The Color of Bliss (top) and Day 3: Changing of the Guard/Bloomin' Vincas (bottom)

Week 13: From the Ground Up (top) and Week 12: Mysterious Ways (bottom)

Day 4: Technicolor Cups (left) and Day 2: Iconic Color/Red = Good Fortune (right)

Week 16: Coupling/Couple of Feet (top) and Day 6: White on White/Like White on... (bottom)

Day 9: Texture of Color/Grate Texure (left) and Day 8: Punctuation Mark/Apple. Period. (right)

We're already halfway through Picture Color which I can hardly believe. I'll be back with more from both workshops in the next few weeks. And never fear, there's always another Picture _____ class around the corner!

Mae - You have such an amazing eye! I hadn't heard of Big Picture Classes before, but I'm so glad you introduced me... this is just what I need to tech me a thing or two about my camera.
